How Does The Mentorship Program at SoMR Work?
Through the Mentorship Program, SoMR assigns the participants of Level 1 and Level 2 Courses with a mentor. We currently have 3 categories of mentorships available:
- Category A: Reviews
- Category B: Case Reports, Cross Sectional Studies
- Category C: LTEs
What are the Prerequisites for Applying as a Mentee at SoMR?
Applicants of the Mentorship Program go through a rigorous selection process before being accepted as a mentee. The selection criteria is as follows:
- Applicants must have at least completed the Level 1 Course on the Society of Medical research’s website.
- Applicants must demonstrate a strong commitment to the program through their application.
- Applicants must show willingness to dedicate the necessary time and effort to participate actively in the program activities, including attending meetings, completing assignments, and engaging with their mentor.
